The staff are wonderful, very helpful and kind! the pool area is nice , with beautiful tree flowers around it, very cozy! We were surprised by the staff who went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. I called 1 day before check-in to ask about difference between rooms with private pools and got easy upgrade as a result. There are several swimming pools, feel free to choose what suits you, food(not only breakfast) is very good, all-inclusive alcohol menu worked for us lovely, overall location, local beach and nearby entertainment(i.e. Agia Napa Waterpark) are very nice too. The accessible area is connected with So White hotel with its own pool and Taverna(which was closed at a time) At a time we booked it, the overall rating was about 6.8, I have no idea why it's so low. Deserves at least 8.
