The location was unbeatable. Everything we wanted to see and visit in the city was walkable, and we had a great view of the Ría from our room. The room was modern and comfortable. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. All in all, a great value for your money and I would definitely stay at the Hotel Bilbao Plaza again.

Everything was within walking distance. Clean and large room, quite, waiting for us with the heat turned on. Fast check-in, with tips about the city. Jorge is the soul of Pension Begona. We would gladly come back anytime. Tram: From here (Abando) you can take tram 5 to Estacion de autobuses. Please note that there is no ticket vending machine. Everyone sends you "around the corner", but... we had to go to Arriaga station to buy tram tickets. Breakfast: Bilbobeer next to the door.
