There was an urgent medical emergency for one of our party which required the individual being rushed by ambulance to hospital. The hotel was outstanding and faultless in its response to the situation. I applause them and I am very grateful for the way they looked after us for the remaining of stay.

It is modern, light, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had a leak in our room and it was handled professionally and quickly. The breakfast is lovely and the rooftop pool is incredible. We especially loved the Balinese beds. A whole bunch of good restaurants nearby + a supermarket. Loved the interior design of the facilities, our room was lovely and had just enough space for 2 people (although it’s on a smaller side) and a terrace with a view. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious! All the members of staff were very nice and helpful. Loved both pools to enjoy the sun on the rooftop or just chill downstairs with a book. Our room had a balcony and fabulous view over the bay, comfy bed and nicely designed clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful despite the hotel being busy. Fully served buffet behind screens due to Covid. The small roof top pool and terrace were wonderful for a sunset apero! You don't need a car there as buses to Palma are easy and regular.
