If not taking up on the breakfast option, try MasQnada the street just before hiperdino, near the Windmill. Something for everyone and at a great price. Lovely spacious, clean bright room - more apartment hotels in the Canaries should refurb like this, in my opinion, as it suits the ’surf chic’ vibe of the area. Perfect location for the best supermarket Hyperdino, bus stop, small swimming beaches, and of course all the bars and port.
