Everything was just amazing, Staff at check in/out ( Dayana, Carmen...) were super friendly and nice, housekeeping department was doing exceptional job and Sky bar staff (Raico, Cristian, Xavier, Luis, Jose, Ester and Carmelo..) were amazing as well! Our recent visit to the Gold by Marina hotel in Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria was an experience that surpassed all our expectations. This hotel deserves nothing less than a five-star review for the flawless services and amenities it offered during our stay. The location of the hotel is second to none. Nestled in the heart of Playa del Ingles, it is only a short, pleasant stroll away from the pristine beach and a diverse selection of restaurants. This made for a great variety of daytime and evening activities, satisfying the tastes of both beach-lovers and food connoisseurs. The hotel's pool area was one of our favorite spots. With a sizeable, sparkling clean pool and ample sunbeds, it was a haven for relaxation and sun-soaking. What truly elevated the experience was the indulgent jacuzzi. After a day of exploring, nothing beat coming back to unwind in the warm, bubbling water. The area never felt crowded, and we found it to be a perfect balance of social and tranquil. We stayed in a Junior Suite that truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. From the sleek modern design to the high-end furnishings, every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the guests. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. However, what truly sets Gold by Marina apart is its excellent staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch to our experience, making our stay even more memorable. In conclusion, Gold by Marina offers a truly gold-standard experience – a mix of strategic location, impressive amenities, and exemplary service. I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone planning a trip to Playa del Ingles.

Room is bigger then usual - around 30m2, food is very delicious everyday we had something new for dinner , location is good 10-15min walking away from beach, bus station is in front of hotel😊

From the begining the receptionist was kind, he was all about enjoy enjoy :), the room was clean and for the food there was not enought time in 15 days to try it all, a lot of varieties in the 3 meals and a nice burgers and hotdog from 12 till 17, i am not big alcohol drinker but the coctails have been to sweet for my taste, i think on every meal you have at least 6 or 7 different foods, but if you want to taste all at once you will get sick from food fast, you just cant mix pizza with chiken wings, fish and roasted pig leg in the same meal, if you do that, then you will find that there is not enought warieties wich is definitly not the case, the sweets have been delicius, espesualy the dounats and the chocolate muse.About location, its next to the beach, you are on the first beach in about 3 min. walking, 5 min till the first small shoping center, there is 2 stores on 1 min walk, and a bus stop on maybe 5 min walk... Great location. I was having a great stay with minor problems :) i hope i will see you again :) thanks for having us there :)
