The whole feel about this hotel was incredible, Christmas time and the decs were perfect . Lovely lady behind the bar and on reception. Our room was perfect the bed was so comfy . We had a cocktail and was brought by out olives and crisps we didn’t even have to ask. Lovely place

Many rooms at the Dragon boast views of the mountains and countryside. Each room is individually decorated and has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

The staff were friendly and helpful, despite being under staffed. Check-in and -out went smoothly. The room was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The food in the on-site resaurant was good and the included breakfast was fantastic.

    Very comfortable, well laid out cosy cottage. Hot tub with a gorgeous view of the lit up stunning weeping willow tree 😊Alison is an amazing host and can’t do enough for you, with very good taste in wine!     A perfect location for food, walks and chilling. Gorgeous cottage set in a gorgeous setting. The owners are so welcoming and always pleasant to speak to, complimentary gifts when we arrived which was lovely and so thoughtful. This was our second time of coming and we wasn't disappointed, such a perfect stylish cottage to come and enjoy our restful break.

    Lovely, quiet location with fabulous views. Great shower, comfy bed and fast wifi together with ample cooking facilities. After a days walking perfect to retreat to and Abergavenney is only 15m away. Appreciated the garden sitting areas for different spaces to chill.. Thoughtfully designed.

    Stunning Cottage , beautiful location . Modern and immaculate inside. Quirky spiral staircase loved the interior design done to a superb high standard it was gorgeous. Everything we needed and more. Wine and Welsh Cakes a lovely touch. Allison and Dean were fantastic hosts nothing any trouble so friendly and helpful. Allison recommended stunning walks and waterfalls and restaurants to eat at , loved our stay .

    Beautifully decorated cottage, lots of cute design details. We loved our stay. Well equipped kitchen. Everything was lovely and clean. In a great position, close to a great bakery and high street but tucked away down a lane.
