The whole feel about this hotel was incredible, Christmas time and the decs were perfect . Lovely lady behind the bar and on reception. Our room was perfect the bed was so comfy . We had a cocktail and was brought by out olives and crisps we didn’t even have to ask. Lovely place

The staff were friendly and helpful, despite being under staffed. Check-in and -out went smoothly. The room was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The food in the on-site resaurant was good and the included breakfast was fantastic.

The owners are so welcoming and always pleasant to speak to, complimentary gifts when we arrived which was lovely and so thoughtful. Quirky spiral staircase loved the interior design done to a superb high standard it was gorgeous. Everything we needed and more. Wine and Welsh Cakes a lovely touch. Allison and Dean were fantastic hosts nothing any trouble so friendly and helpful. Allison recommended stunning walks and waterfalls and restaurants to eat at , loved our stay .
