It was an amazing location the views from the canal view room was great,room was so clean and they even added some rose petals and a card for our anniversary,and we asked for some flute glasses to drink our celebration drinks out of and they put them in the room for us , staff was so lovely and helpfull,we will 100% be staying here again, also if you love starbucks you get discount off if you buy from there it is located in the lobby which was a pluss as we love starbucks

The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.
