On arrival We were greeted by Chris who was friendly and welcoming. Our room was a nice size and spotlessly clean. Loved the extra little touches that made it more enjoyable like the hot chocolate and biscuits in the room , streaming TV and the honesty bar. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money. We Loved the location of this hotel, its away from all the hustle and bustle which made for a nice peaceful night's sleep. However its within a nice walking distance to the centre of Blackpool or there's a tram stop just over the road. Would definitely recommend the fossil tree to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very clean and tidy, just as descibed. Loved the new small bar area, found it very relaxing chatting to the friendly owners and some of the other guests. The breakfast was great. Plenty of street parking so no issues there. I travel all over the UK with my job, and would recommend this hotel for both business and families, not very often I give feedback unless it worth it. 10/10. Enjoyed my stay, will be back.
