Comfortable and beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast, serene surroundings. Gracious and communicative host. Conveniently located near Hay on Wye. Stone's throw from a terrific pub. Definitely recommend this place and see you again soon hopefully! :)

    This place is absolutely gorgeous It was perfect for a family get-together with 3 generations! They have thought of everything, and were perfect hosts. It's a great location, with lovely walks, close to Hay and a great pub nearby. I would highly recommend.

    Beautiful setting, in a lovely quiet idyllic village, chickens and ducks roaming free. Magdalena was a warm and welcoming host. Our room was stunning and very comfortable. Amazing cooked breakfast in the chalet every morning, very tasty. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

    Breakfast was cooked to order by Magdalena in the delightful garden pavilion. She could not have been more accommodating. She was friendly, warm and welcoming, and a mine of helpful information about the local area. We all enjoyed staying in this beautiful and quiet part of the country, walking in the Black Mountains and exploring Hay on Wye. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean, with really good modern bathrooms. We particularly loved the stunning views, and being able to use the garden in the lovely weather.

    It was lovely, a quirky place beautifully designed retaining the original features. Location was wonderful in a secluded valley. Hosts were super friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble. Continental breakfast was superb. Will definitely return.
