Our breakfast included potato and soda farls as well, something I will try to make at home. A highlight was the trail on their gorgeous farm down to the bay. Denise and her family are just lovely and so helpful and couldn't do enough. Ashwoods it's a stunning house and grounds. Very close to Enniskillen town. Highly recommend.
