Each room is decorated in a boutique-style and features free WiFi access, a TV and DVD player, refrigerator, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. They have an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

The room was amazing and premises are located in a quiet area. Wendy has put a great deal of thought into making the room as comfortable as possible for her guests making sure that anything you may need is provided. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. We loved that there was a fridge in the room and that cereals and milk were also provided in the room for breakfast. There was parking on-site. It was great value for money and I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a severe disruption to our travel plans and the staff at the front desk helped us get our trip back on track. I’ve never had service that kind and helpful. When we left they arranged coffee and a light breakfast to go with. Top marks to them all.

Room lovely. High standard. Little extras - Nespresso coffee machine and Dyson fan. The food was exceptional. The staff really welcoming and attentive. The grounds are gorgeous. Sitting having breakfast outside by the mill stream was so pleasant. No problem taking the dog. We will come again.

Lovely location set between Lymington and Christchurch so easy access to get to all locations if venturing out. It is the main road that leads straight to Lymington, New Forest, Christchurch, Bournemouth etc. Bed was big comfortable, with little kitchen set up inside ie microwave, fridge, tea maker so handy. Easy to park and you could easily jump on the bus route if needed. The house is in a quiet little street with no noise from neighbours. A nice little place to stay. Lovely interior design, bright airy nice.

Quirky hotel with period features. Room was large and nicely furnished with a distant sea view which was lovely. Well equipped, comfy bed with lots of nice stylish detail. Breakfast was ordered evening before - first day it was excellent, second a bit hit and miss but not a big issue.

This lovely well designed cottage has everything a couple will need. Check in is easy and straight forward. The interior is a delight and very comfortable. Situated in the centre of the town you will have easy access to all the shops. If, like us, you want to park the car and ‘go green’ for your stay then the train station and bus stop are all within five minutes walk providing access to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Brokenhurst etc. Can highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet property in a central location.
