The room was amazing and premises are located in a quiet area. Wendy has put a great deal of thought into making the room as comfortable as possible for her guests making sure that anything you may need is provided. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. We loved that there was a fridge in the room and that cereals and milk were also provided in the room for breakfast. There was parking on-site. It was great value for money and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent chef prepared meals, great staff, cozy pub, and quiet rural location. Room was nicely appointed and very clean. I appreciated the personal service throughout my stay. A generous breakfast was included which made the stay all the better. WiFi worked great.

We had a severe disruption to our travel plans and the staff at the front desk helped us get our trip back on track. I’ve never had service that kind and helpful. When we left they arranged coffee and a light breakfast to go with. Top marks to them all.

It has blossoming gardens of flowers and beautiful eco system river running through and is beautiful to look at as it has the old style of the building along with new modern furnishings inside. The bedrooms are well thought out with their design and furnishings/layout and have every amenity you could wish for. Parking is ample and very lovely location.

It was really great to have designated car parking nearby. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant and we were allowed into our room early as it was ready. The room was quirky, stylish and spacious and so was the bathroom. It was also comfortable with 2 chairs, one being a very comfortable leather armchair. It is the main road that leads straight to Lymington, New Forest, Christchurch, Bournemouth etc. Bed was big comfortable, with little kitchen set up inside ie microwave, fridge, tea maker so handy. Easy to park and you could easily jump on the bus route if needed. The house is in a quiet little street with no noise from neighbours. A nice little place to stay. Lovely interior design, bright airy nice.
