Best hotel I've been in UK so far. The place is very calm, noiseless and clean. It's not too close to the city centre but you can take a £2 bus in front of the building and you'll be there in less then 15min. The staff is just the best. Thanks Tracie for the tips on places to visit in the city and all team for your kindness!

The place was so central it was perfect. I went to a concert in the pavilions, but it also was really short walking distance to the pier which was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are extremely helpful.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lady on Sunday morning breakfast and waiter on Saturday night dinner were so helpful in finding foods my restricted son could eat. Food was delicious. The building is gorgeous, really stunning, and you feel very special on arriving. Lovely decor, loads of history, feels very 5 star. Our room was beautiful, high standard of everything, big comfortable bed, no faults at all. Great spa facilities, with gowns and flip flops provided in your room, a 5 star health spa experience. Waiter drinks service to spa too. The hotel also has a Michelin starred restaurant, although we didn't dine there.

The cottage is as cosy as described with beautiful interior design and extremely clean. Didn't need the log burner as the heating was so efficient. Lovely quiet location in a village on the edge of the moors. Very dog friendly with water bowl and treats left for my pets which was a lovely added touch.

Stunning apartment! Beautiful views across the harbour, a delight to see both day and night. Spotlessly clean, all mod cons, large comfy bed. We couldn't stop marvelling at the architecture and building design. Close to stylish shops and restaurants in a unique part of Plymouth that has been stunningly restored. Very good value for money. Would definitely go again.

Well maintained and beautifully designed apartment. Everything working and functional and good quality. The apartment gave us some good ideas around design and using the most space for our own property. Bed super comfortable! Bed linen and towels good quality. Lovely shower and gorgeous kitchen. Ideal location surrounded by lots of beautiful restaurants! Very impressed with the Pasta Bar opposite. I’m sure we will be back and will recommend to friends and family.
