We were given a room upgrade. We stayed in room 11 which had a sea view and had a balcony. Stunning view. Room was warm and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we were able to park in the small parking bay at the front of the hotel. There are also communal areas. The conservatory is lovely and has a great view over South Bay and the pier. Great location for the beach and the town centre.

The living area was absolutely stunning, the interior design was gorgeous. I loved the big windows and ceiling making it light and airy. It was comfortable and with everything you would need for either a short or long stay. I loved there were two bathrooms and it was very quirky having one of the bedrooms down some stairs. The towels, bedding and toilet rolls were all provided. it It was brilliant having parking permits for all of our stay and also two sets of door keys.

Beautiful place, beautiful room, views were serene. Staff were lovely and were quick to help us with any query or just a general chat. I added a request for rose petals to be placed on the bed and they clearly went through alot of trouble to ensure it was perfect for us, even with a love heart design.

The property is stunning with the well maintained grounds and all the period features. There are so many comfortable areas accommodating bigger parties from the conservatory to the sunny terrace. Kevin and his staff made sure this stay was very pleasant for my whole family so many thanks to them all for this. Would recommend this this as a luxury stay for the more discerning guest. Stag parties need not apply!
