The maximum rating is 10. I'd like to give this place 12. Such excellent little place, Service, cleanliness, breakfast. Phillip was the host. He was doing everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable one. We stayed at The Pullman London the night before The Torcroft, we couldn't tell the difference in the quality of the linen and towels between the former 5 star hotel and this B&B. Have a look at their website before booking, you'll see the high ratings the place received from reviews.

As we stayed over the Easter weekend, we were left surprise Easter eggs on our pillows, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch.
