Easy check in, staff was very helpful. I arrived early and my room was ready. Location was close to the train station and a short walk into the center. The breakfast in the closet refrigerator was a wonderful idea and was everything I needed to start my day. I had lunch downstairs in the pub and it was also good. Very charming and professional staff in a most lovely setting with cozy rooms in a darling Hampshire village. Quite close to Winchester and there's some public transport if you don't have a car to get you down to Hursley. Worth a detour for the Sunday roast!
