A very lovely room in keeping with the mountain village environment . the room walls were so thick that even the outdoor 40degree Celsius temperature didn’t require air conditioning inside the room. we slept very comfortably.

Incredible views and super peaceful. We loved our room and used the fireplace everyday. Really wonderful location for nearby homes and mt villages. The spa was great as well.

Excellent spot with nice view. The room.was.excellent, looking like a transitional house of the area with everything you really need. However the secret "weapon" is the host, which will answer all questions and give you the best tips (some of them cannot be found in tourist guides) to enjoy the maximum of journey

Astra Inn is an absolutely gorgeous place with breathtaking views! The food and breakfast are delicious made with fresh ingredients from their own garden. The rooms/houses are wonderful! The hosts are super friendly and were so helpful to arrange taxi to Monodendri when we wanted to hike the Vikos Gorge. Everything is nearby: Naturel pools are at walking distance; the Vikos Gorge trail ends around the corner. And its' still such a perfectly quiet place! The evenings on the terrace with tasty home made Greek food, watching the changing colours on the the mountain during sunset were a true highlight in our trip through Greece.

Oct 2023. Staff and owners were hard-working, caring and always on-site. Location is very quiet and has a nice view of the surrounding mountains with a spacious scenic patio for al fresco dining and relaxing. Breakfast was a wholesome start for my hiking activities and the bathtub was an appreciated finish. Dinner cooking was great and reasonably priced. Hotel kindly arranged a reasonable-cost taxi transport from Ioannina to and from the hotel and followed up to make sure I was picked up on schedule (big help!) Perfect hiking base for ascending to Astraka Mountain Hut and descending to Vikos Gorge.

One of the most enjoyable stays of my life The property is stunning. Amazing location in a beautiful town with fabulous views. The gardens and the cottages are truely beautiful. So luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast and hospitality were exceptional. Wifi was good . I nearly didn't book due to previous wifi comments as I had work to do... so glad I did.

This was an exceptional place. From the stunning views (I believe the best of the area), the authentic and beautifully designed rooms and gardens, the amazing breakfast with jam made by the owner's mom, warm bread and fresh coffee,... but last but not least the owner George and his family. What a kind and generous man. He gave us tips for hiking, super helpful,.... and all this at a price that offers some of the best value for money I ever had.
