The staff was hands-down best we experienced yet. Edward and Billy (but the others too) went above and beyond to make us happy and help us wherever they could. They were awesome!!! Design of the lobby and restaurant area are beautiful and the food is great: both the snack menu at the pool and the breakfast were lovely.

The food was a real delight. I had not been in Indonesia for 10 years, so getting satay, kerupuk, sambal, Garo-gado and All the Sundanese vegetable dishes was really nice. The room was adequate and uncomfortable. The hotel was located near the meetings that I had to attend. Thanks for the stay.
