The staff was amazing. The weather was cold and rainy, so we ate in premises for lunch and dinner, and these were two of our favorite dining meals of the entire trip! Limerick was not a planned stop. All staff were wonderful , a special thank you to Shamus!

Set in 20 acres of landscaped gardens, this Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa offers luxury accommodation, free parking, and an award-winning restaurant. Guests can relax with the Rain Spa & Wellness Clinic, leisure facilities, and 2 bars.

We stayed in the 322 Suite. It was very nice. A few times, the maids forgot to clean the bathroom, which was disappointing, but not the end of the world. We walked each day in the countryside around the property, which was beautiful. We ate on the patios in front and back, which was calming. The fellow guests were very polite. The staff was eager to serve. We were there for the U-21 Lacrosse Championships at the University of Limerick. Some say that the location was too far out of town, but it was a short taxi ride anywhere, and we felt very safe.

Situated in the heart of Limerick, the 4-star award-winning Limerick Strand Hotel is next to the River Shannon. The luxurious hotel offers spacious rooms, a 20-metre swimming pool, a steam room, and 2 hot tubs. Shannon Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

What a lovely hotel; Arrived at 6pm having spent all day travelling (flights/car hire), was greeted very warmly by the reception staff who very kindly made a booking for the restaurant. Hotel is very "classy", lovely reception area, really nicely laid out. The room was great, super comfy bed, & the Rituals shower accessories was a classy touch. Food in the restaurant was delicious, lots of staff on duty who provided a very friendly service. Car park had loads of spaces, & the lift takes you right up to the reception area. This, & its sister hotel in Galway, are both superb hotels, & I'll definitely be staying in them again.

This is a lovely boutique hotel beautifully restored. The rooms are named after Irish writers, which is a nice idea and it's right on the corner of the People's Park for a walk. The room is smallish, but very comfortable and spotless. The room is nicely appointed with robe/slippers & comfortable. Great bathroom. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was in a lovely room, and was fine.
