Location is great with nice views, not of the beach. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Staff great. Pool and room was great. Manager great, very helpful . I don't know if the guy on reception was busy or not but he and the manager always had time for questions etc. Lovely lobby. Really great and would recommend this hotel.

Even when we arrived well before the check-in in time, we were warmly greet and welcomed to hotel facilities. The whole hotel territory is just lovely made. It's designed with attention to details that add to guests' comfort. There is enough space for everyone - children are having great time and parents stay relaxed. It is safe for little ones - all the pools are encircled with ropes to avoid an accidental fall. There are water distribution points , which is important during hot months. The territory is nice and green - you walk through palmtrees and grapefruit trees. Our children were totally astonished by the richness of the "electronic games" section and kids attractions area. Hotel offered a rich entertaining program - jugglers, live music, etc - was interesting too. Sports facilities are also good. Location of the hotel hardly can be better. It's in the middle of everything, close to many restaurants, a small park, and a shopping center - yet close to the Red Sea and a public beach as well. Bus stop is nearby - but with so many inexpensive taxis, you don't necessarily need a bus.

due to current events (israel/palestine war), i actually canceled my stay at this property because this was booked a week weeks prior to the war. upon landing in aqaba, jordan, i actually heard word that the israel/jordan border crossing had since closed. during the traveling process though, i did message the hotel from the website, and they were always very nice and responsive. i notified them that i would not be staying at the hotel for the 1 night booked, but since the room was non-refundable, please allow anyone fleeing from the violence who needs room and board, to use my room for the night. they were very kind, and i hope some displaced residents were able to have at least one night of peaceful sleep.

I felt safe, I arrived unwell, however because of the friendly family like surroundings during my stay I was able recover and regain my equilibrium.

The place is amazing, away from the infrastructure, so no cars disrupting, but it's also situated near to the sea. The hotel itself is in a nice shape, clean, gentle, not too snobbish, nor too plain. The guy running the place is absolutely great, clearly a nice good guy, caring, passionate, when we asked what's the spice he's using, he gave a whole bunch of sticks of it to us for free. He keeps 20 or so cats around the place, all well fed and cared for. He made 4 stations for them to eat and feeds them daily, also he bought a fountain for them to drink from. He was always at our service. The cats are very nice as well, two of them were with us the whole time and were very nice and behaved (and very cute). The place has a foosball and a ping-pong table, nice garden seesaws, and a nice backyard with a small playground. The rooms are elegant and simple. The man is always there to help you. Friemdly and very helpful staff. Great locatiion. Nice view of Red Sea. Clean. Nice size suite. Our room had two balconies. View was beautiful.
