This is my 4th staying at this hotel. Staff is very professional, hotel is elegant, and very clean, with a massive flower arrangement in the middle of opulent lobby. They always great you with cold, fresh, squeezed juice of the day and hot fresh cookies taken from the oven just for you. I want to thank Shivani from the front desk, who helped me more than once with little things and big things to provide for my most comfortable staying. She is elegant, polite, with very good English skills and she knows her job. Also, Sandeep from the concierge is always eager to help and very courteous, anything from helping with the hotel car, with your laguages, or with a day trip in town, he has a great smile on his face and ready for you. Tapan gives a magnificent table service in the Breakfast buffet area, coming to ask you numerous times what else he can bring to you or do for you. Also, he was very nice and explained to me a few of the dishes , which part of India they are from, and in which combination to eat them for best tasting experience. Arvind and Mamta from security services are especially polite and courteous , no matter how many times per day you come in or you go out. Lastly, I want to thank Ashok Kumar, the hotel driver. He is very kind, polite, and professional. I want to thank all the rest of the staff also, for a most memorable 4th staying.

The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The restaurant recommended a menu and I liked it. If you need to stay a little longer due to flight time, the hotel was able to easily extend your check-out at a low cost.

The room was very nice and spacious however, during the night there were many people screaming outside of my window. I believe my room was the last on the property so the closest to the area outside The Roseate. In addition, I opted for the breakfast as it was included and I have been very happy with the exhaustive selection of food as well as the additional you could ask to the chef. Staff was very helpful especially Aryan at the Kiyan restaurant and Shenoy from the Roseate who helped me with the curtains.
