This is my favourite hotel in Assisi. Great location close to the Basilica, beautiful and very clean rooms, friendly staff that will take care of any necessity. Good breakfast and room service. Highly recommended!!

The views are amazing. All though you are in a hotel, you truly feel like if you are home. The garden is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. Great coffee. I got a beautiful room with an amazing balcony view. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is great because you have the bus station across the street. Assisi is a little town in a mountain so the streets go up and down. This hotel is located in the upper part so you can cross all the town in your way down and is really easy to go back to the hotel using the bus if you want to avoid the uphills, although is a beautiful experience to walk up and down. Nearby you can find several little restaurants and a beautiful church. The hotel has its own parking lot so if you get there driving is a facility. If you don’t get there driving, the driveway is in front of the hotel so you won’t get any trouble to get there with your luggage. That is something quite important having in consideration that in Assisi there are lots of streets with no car access and that makes the luggage handling difficult. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The accomodation was very clean, big enough and very good located with many restaurants around, the personal was very nice. We appreciated that we were allowed to leave the bags there before check in. The breakfast was also nice, you can choose what you like and it is enough, so we didn’t leave hungry :-) the bus from the airport and the line C to the station stops around the corner, max 5 mins of walking :-) thank you, I can deffinitely recommend.

For us the location was perfect. We enjoyed the peace and walking to the old town. It is however quite steep so be prepared. Our host Giulio was very obliging and offered to take us to the train station on our departure. I’m sure he would take you to the top as well.

I was here last year around October as well, and just like that time it was excellent. The location is perfect and the rooms are very decent for the price. It's clean, the breakfast is awesome plus the espresso is better then in any café in the surrounding area. The best part is the staff, they are exceptionally polite, extremely pleasant plus they go out of there way to make you feel as comfortable and as care free as you can be. I absolutely recommend it if you find yourself in Assisi!
