A 1900s villa at the heart of Gallipoli, B&B Barone Liberty & Luxury SPA features a patio and 2 terraces overlooking the city. It is 100 metres from the coast and 15 minutes' walk from the Angevine-Aragonese Castle.

This is a lovely restored villa hotel property near the sea but away from the crowds of central Gallipoli. The spiral stairs, stained glass windows and amazing woodwork in the common area of the hotel are beautiful and we were also glad for the modern lift. Our room was pleasant and especially nice to have a large balcony just outside. The bathroom was wonderfully clean and loved the colorful patterned tile decor. Nice breakfast in the morning. Also appreciated the staff who made us a reservation at Il Bastione, a wonderful seafood restaurant.

Today Masseria Li Foggi is a modern, eco-friendly property in Punta Pizzo Nature Reserve and near Sant'Andrea Island.

Beautiful old buildings. Gorgeous garden. Quiet location. Really spacious rooms.

Set along the main road linking Gallipoli to Alezio, Maison D'Enrì offers individually furnished rooms with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free in the entire building.

With colonial-style details and lightly-coloured textiles, rooms include a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with hairdryer.

100% satisfied. The owner Carla is one of the most charming individuals you could meet who is dedicated to ensuring that each visitor's stay is remarkable. The grounds and the Maison D'Henri itself are exceptionally beautiful. It is evident that great thought went into every detail about this property. The house itself is lovely with great expansive areas in which to lounge, enjoy a cocktail or have dinner in a quiet candlelit atmosphere which is rare. We arrived late not having made any reservations for dinner and still were accommodated with a lovely meal. And a bonus, a very laid back and expressive elderly Corso Cane named Otto roams the property in the most unobtrusive manner. Our only regret was that we stayed only one night. Next time we will book for longer and be able to enjoy all the joys of this property.

Offering a rooftop terrace facing the Bay of Gallipoli, Palazzo Mosco Inn is located in a historical building with frescoes in the old town of Gallipoli. WiFi is free at the property.

All air conditioned, rooms here have satellite TV and feature mosaics dating back to the 19th century. Each room includes a private bathroom with free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer. Some have French windows.

The property is located in the center of town however the parking situation is a bit of an hassle. You have to park @ the port and walk about 7 minutes to get to the property it will cost 10 euro to park the car overnight. It will also take you some time to find a spot in the high season. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very friendly.

Each stylish, air-conditioned room has been individually designed and offers free Wi-Fi and a 29” flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some feature parquet floors, LED lighting, a four-poster bed or wooden ceiling.

Amazing location, easy 5 min walk to the old town with great view of the castle but not in the noisy busy part of the street. Amazing friendly staff (front office and restaurant/breakfast) - friendly, great with communication, very attentive and never has anything that’s difficult for them. Amazing breakfast with great view on the top floor, we didn’t have dinner at restaurant but had the tiramisu in the restaurant after dinner in the old town which is to die for. Amazing facilities - great private parking which is rare to come by in Gallipoli, didn’t get to use the pool but looks great, gym has got all the stuff we needed for a good workout in. Amazing spacious comfortable room with comfortable king sized bed with nice balcony for an aperitivo, soundproof room. The only regret we have is us not going for the massage to complete our stay.

The bedroom and especially the roof top terrace were lovely. The Palazzo has been sympathetically restored. Mattia was wonderful and was very informative and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the area and sent details of places to visit and restaurants etc in the local town and the area generally. We were made to feel very welcome from the outset. A good breakfast spread as well. Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. A lovely boutique hotel in the centre of the town.

The B&B was one of the best I have stayed at. Charming B&B, spacious room with a nice interior design, some superb details and a beautiful high ceiling, comfortable bed, ideal location in the old town (2-minute walk to the beach), with plenty of nice restaurants closeby. The staff was very nice and always available to help. The breakfast on the sunny terrace was the perfect way to start the day. Fantastic experience.

Room was lovely and bed very comfortable, lovely design of B&b and rooftop is a bonus. Very clean throughout the property, room was cleaned daily. Didn’t really meet hosts as it was self check in, but a couple who looked after the property I suppose, cleaned our room daily. Great location.

The property was located in the picturesque old town. Set back from the main road that circulates around Gallipoli it was close to the old town beaches, restaurants and shops. It also meant it was quiet, peaceful and secluded. The property itself was clean and functional but with a quirky interior design. The kitchen had lovely stone worktops which had a lovely luxurious feel.

The place is decorated very well. Great design taste and lovely volume. most of the rooms open onto the living room and breakfast area which was great for us as we were a few friends travelling together. It felt like we had the house to ourselves. Not sure how it would have felt of there were other travellers.

It was the best room we had during our week long journey through Puglia. Everything was perfect. The interior design is stunning and the whole place with all the different terraces is awesome. Breakfast was also really good and Anna was a lovely host. We highly recommend staying in Casa Galateo. We had the junior suite on top of the buildng and will certainly come back one day.

Such a lovely stay! The apartment was in perfect condition and our host Vito was very helpful during our stay, friendly and fast in replying. The roof terrace was stunning. Extra points for soft towels, comfortable bed and beautifully designed interior.
