The Alexander has an Art-Nouveau design and a garden, where the continental buffet breakfast is served between May and September. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer a TV. Some rooms are located in the annex building next door. The property also offers a self-service laundromat.

The location was great - in centre of town and close to railway station. The room was spacious and airy. Clean and functional ensuite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to sit outside for an ample breakfast. We were allowed to return to hotel after check out to collect our numerous bags in storage and, because we were soaked to the skin from heavy rain while we were cycling, they provided us towels and ability to change in bathroom.

One of the best experiences I've had - stunning location in the hills, gorgeous gardens, the hot tub was incredible and the hosts were super friendly. This is a great alternative to staying in the busy centre of San Remo. I truly recommend this place as it was one of those places where I wish I had stayed a day or two more, that's how lovely it was.

The property is very clean and can pass for a newly constructed apartment. The interior designing is superb. It has a very spacious balcony with a very beautiful view. It’s just 15 minutes from the train station and about 10 to the marina. Michela the host is very kind, she picked me from the train station and walked me to the apartment. She also had some welcome snacks for me. I would definitely stay at the same apartment the next time I am in Sanremo.

Charming old boutique hotel with very special design. If you like vintage style with lots of roses and flower scent, you will love it. Close to the beach. Each room has its own name (not number) and style. Rooms are clean. Good air condition and wifi. The breakfast is served in a beautiful way but the choise of meals is limited. The lady in restaurant was very helpul and made great capuccino.

Nice apartment in perfect location. 5 mins to the promenade, 10 mins to San Remo centre. Big enough for 3-4 people. Private parking place. Very good contact with the owner and the housekeeper. Both very positive and helpful people! The owner agreed for us to come couple of hours earlier - thank you once again for this. Apartment interior design maybe not too modern, but you got there eveything you need.

The parking garage was great as were the staff - really easy and welcoming. The general design of the hotel is good and the breakfast was a winner - definitely the biggest attraction. The bed was very comfortable too as was the amazing sunrise. Priceless!
