Location, cleanness and Pietro’s advice are great! The friendliest stuff I’ve met so far with lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, has everything you need - a safe box, minibar, even a smart tv. Location is literally two steps away from the main square and the windows are looking onto one of the main streets (but since they’re soundproof you won’t hear a sound unless you want to go on the balcony). There was only a lobby area with coffee and water machine and another balcony which was great!

Charming old Villa with nice big rooms. Very well equipped. In a beautiful area close to Sienna. Breakfast was pre-paired by the owners and they have a lot of passion.
