Everything about this hotel was excellent - the friendly and welcoming staff, the bright clean rooms, the amazing breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options (and fresh honey comb with honey!), The very central location in Sirmione proper, the private dock with sun beds..... I could go on and on. The room had air conditioning/heating, the bathroom was exceptionally clean (I am a huge fan about this, even slightly dirty bathrooms gross me out in hotels), everything seemed as if it had even recently been updated... Pristine. The room came with a small balcony with a partial lake view that was gorgeous at sunset. The private dock with sun loungers was so nice! I didn't have an opportunity to eat dinner in the restaurant or use the bar but judging by the included breakfast service it would have been exceptional so I'm going to have to do that next time. Enthusiastic and very kind staff make themselves available for any questions or needs. The location is fantastic.. I visit Sirmione frequently though I rarely stay overnight, and it is both a central location but pleasantly much less crowded than some of the other areas which was a bit of a relief. A 2 minute walk to Aquaria thermal spa, so an excellent location if you aim to take advantage of that facility. All in all, top service, they even held my bags the day of checkout so I could walk around and enjoy Sirmione a bit more. Enthusiastically recommend!

Very friendly people at any time of the day all over the hotel. Very nice view over the lake and located in a cozy part of Sirmione. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh food and good coffees!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place hotel was clean and peaceful. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable with excellent lake views... really, nothing to not like.

Wonderful staff, warm and pleasant. They did above and beyond to make us feel good. The apartment is very nice, well equipped, and super clean. The pool area is great for the kids.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed the stay. I would recommend everyone to stay here with any hesitation. The room is clear, with all essentials. we had a room with a terrace and that was worth. Actually the terrace is even bigger than the room which is not small. That was mid of October and we didn’t use the roof pool but went upstairs to look at this and I consider that it is very nice to visit when it is hot outside.

Everything, this place is perfectly located near all the attractions, the staff is kind and efficient. The view from my balcony was beautiful, breakfast was perfect with a great variety of food to eat and a wonderful view of the lake.

超级超级满意的酒店！和码头就隔了一条街，出行非常方便，在小镇心脏地区。早上11:30到酒店，前台就给了房间钥匙，喜出望外。进入房间美呆了，180度一线玻璃海景，各个角度都在看美丽的加尔达湖，太棒了。房间各个角落都非常干净整洁，可以放东西的台子非常多超级方便。前台服务非常温暖，有求必应，根据我们要求推荐了几家餐厅都非常好吃，建议大家一定要去吃小镇上的二家米其林餐厅，性价比很高又特别好吃。早餐品种也算多的，虽然比不上五星酒店但是也应有具有。锡尔苗内不二选择的酒店，真的超级棒！是这次意大利湖区最满意的酒店。

It was in the old town so you can drive right through the castle. Staff were very attentive and friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing. Love the gardens.
