The hotel is being managed with care and love for nature and environment and the staff are wecoming and attentive. They even remembered my name! I truly thank Koe, Lilly, Tiri and Vi and the rest of their colleagues, who have taken great care of me! The room was well lit and clean, the bed was super comfortable, the socket is near bed. I had everything I needed throughout my stay. You also get two bottles of water which you can refill for free from the water containers at the reception desk. There is an afternoon tea time and the swimming pool area is exquisite. I also ate dinner and lunch there and the food was great for reasonable prices. Breakfasts are served and you can choose whatever you wish. The hotel is located at the Night Market Street but since it was March, it was very calm and peaceful there. I also used the airport transfer and had very attentive drivers. I had a very nice time and will come back if I am ever back in Siem Reap. Akhun!

I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Moon residence & Spa. The hotel is beautifully designed, with comfortable and spacious rooms that offer all the amenities you could need. The staff were so helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. And the location was perfect - just a short walk to the bustling city center, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Angkor.
