Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially, The Manager, Tom and Phy and Jack and all of others. They provide very good quality of customer service. They provide welcome drinks, fruit and cold face towels upon arrival. When we came back from the hot day, they even offered free cold face towels. The hotel supporting young people and local community. I would recommend it to everyone. I return here again my second home away, Angkor Wat temple.

The location of the hotel is perfect for restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious, clean and really nicely decorated. The rooftop swimming pool and bar are exceptional and the staff were all fantastic. The downstairs pool is also beautiful and a welcome retreat for some shade. Free water in the rooms and the tap water is drinkable. The food was good but we are vegetarian and the options were limited. The breakfast was not special for the cost so we preferred to go out. We also had an excellent meal at the Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Siem Reap.

Vitheara took care of me from the airport and back to the airport, and arranged tours for me and was extremely polite and helpful!! Can’t explain enough the welcoming staff the whole stay. They were also very helpful in arranging a cake that I requested last minute. I must say that this resort is a must stay if you visit siem reap! :)

It’s a great location for Angkor Wat, botanical gardens, Apopo rats and the national museum, and is only a short tuk tuk ride into the main restaurant areas and night market.

Breakfasts were fabulous - and lovely to have great Italian coffee!
