Room was nice and clean with fresh towels. The staff were kind and helpful. We did laundry a couple of doors down. There is free water re fill in the lobby. A small breakfast is available upstairs. It's small but it's free and enough to get you going in the morning. The staff who work the breakfast are also very nice and welcoming.

Also, the hotel has a lot of charme because much of it is made of wood in traditional designs. It's a nice quiet oasis in the hustle and bustle of Vientiane. I can definitely recommend it. Good food and drinks, too. Try the fried spring rolls and the fresh passionfruit margaritas - delicious!!FreitagFamily with young children

The hotel has improved some interesting facilities in the property and one of the most interesting one is the rooftop restaurant-Go to the moon. Besides this, there is a cocktail bar. The service is still very good. Staff are paying attention to the inquiry. There are new staff but they are well-trained. The breakfast is fine compared to the price. The gym is still good and well-maintained. Definitely, I will be back to this hotel again after a trip to the north.
