Everything is kept original and this is what makes this Hotel unique. Perfectly situated with the Fort precinct & easy access to all the amenities within the fort. The service is very personalized because the hotel has only 11 rooms.

This place is just fantastic. It is very new (I had the feeling I was the first guest to sleep in the room), extremely clean, in a perfect location. It is ruined by a family and they are doing a fantastic work. It is inside the fort, so you can do everything on foot. Shower is extremely nice. It might be the best guest house I stained in Sri Lanka

The property was calm and clean - walking barefoot throughout was so relaxing. The food was delicious and the yoga was well managed and great. But I would recommend it most because of the family staff running it were amazing in all the details from organizing a beautiful stay and attention to additional details.

When we booked to come here. We got such a nice surprise. We did not know we would actually be staying in a 17th century Fort. We originally booked 3 nights but ended up staying here for the rest of our holiday for 3 weeks. All of the staff here are so nice and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The lady is very nice always asking if there is anything she can help with. The boys that cook the nice breakfast and do the cleaning are also very good. There is a train and bus station about 10vto 15 minutes walk from the fort so it is very easy to get about. We traveled to a few places but always chose to stay back in the Fort at Khalid guest house. I can definitely recommend Khalid guest house and Thank you to all of the staff for a lovely and enjoyable stay. ❤. Xx
