The area is very quiet, totally in the hills and yet a quick tuktuk away from kandy. We enjoyed a walk around the lovely neighborhood. The food was great, local sri Lankan cuisine. Slightly overpriced as it’s more of a boutique residence hotel which gives a homely feel, rather than a luxury 5 star. The pool was great and service was very good also compared to other places where we’ve been in Sri Lanka. Food was tasty also and had good variety. Only downside they don’t have driver accommodation, only outside of the hotel and it’s extra cost

The house is stunning, set away from Kandy’s hectic centre in a quiet, tranquil street (however, the centre is still conveniently close!). The house has beautiful gardens, gorgeous interior design, and lovely bedrooms. However, for me, the real stand out were the hosts who were so incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable. They really went beyond the call of duty to help us out and were just wonderful people to interact with. The loveliest couple ever!
