Staff was extremely(!) nice and helpful, there are also free bicycles to use (the way to sigiriya rock is quite short, you will not need a motorized transport if you plan to go during daylight). Be sure to check out the owners brothers restaurant (sth restaurant) which is in walking distance to the cottage and will serve one of the best vegetable rice and curry there is.
