The hotel is located perfectly (in the old town). It has a beautiful architecture and decor. The staff was kind and helpful, we want to thank especially Ismail who was dedicated to make us feel like at home right from the beginning. The breakfast (on a roof top terrace!!!) was delicious.

The hospitality received from Sue and Said was excellent. Said sent us get directions and even came to the Square to meet us from the taxi and walk us to the Riad, and gave us lots of local tips enroute! When we got there we had some delicious tea and biscuits on the roof with them. Afterwards Sue took us to the store down the street to help us buy some tickets to ChefChuen, so it ended up costing us a fraction of what it might otherwise have.

Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully and beautifully furnished rooms with great hospitality from the staff! Simo helped us book a taxi in the early morning for our flight and gave us tips and suggestions on places in Tangier to eat and visit during our short stay. The terrace has a stunning view over Tangier - we wish we had more time in the Dar to enjoy! We would recommend Dar Chams to anyone looking for a comfortable and lovely place to stay in the Medina of Tangier- we will be back!

Highly reccomend this hotel !!! I will definitely come back here again. Amazing recepcionist, very helpful and kind. I asked for making my stay longer without any problem the recepcionist informed me next morning I can stay, also that amazing men ordered a taxi for me in the middle of the night we agreed the time before, I didn't have to wait it was already out there waiting for me. The cleaning staff also very nice, they do their job perfectly. All very clean and fresh. The room very comfortable and bright. The best marina view you can have in Tanger !

The team go out of their way to help, and they do it with a smile. We had lovely breakfasts on the rooftops, a dinner inside and Nadir lit a crackling fire when the weather wasn’t so great.

The entire plot of the hotel is designed much like hotels IN Dubai. The staff are extremely friendly and help. With anything you need from. Problems to reservations. The price is definitely worth it for what you get and I will definitely return to Mnar Castle

The host is a british man so it was very easy communicate and he showed us many places to visit on my trip. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Marina and a 5 minute car journey from the old Medina, which was fantastic!
