Everything! Perfect view of the Kotor Bay. Quiet and peaceful location. The owner (and his family) are really good host. Only 10 mins walk from the center - it will feel like 2 mins because of the view. You can get a taxi for 2-5 euros only from the center. Hats off to Spiro and the whole team!

the owner of the place Nebojya is so helpful, kind and smiling. He helped us from the beginning of our travel to the end, explained and informed us about the places we would like to see and about all the things. The old town is 7-8 minutes from the apartment and again there is a beach 6-7 minutes away from the apartment. There is a market and grill house in front of the apartment. We stayed for 5 days in the place without sea view. The place is clean and sufficient for us. There is a small kitchen, fridge in the apartment and a yard where you have a table and clothes hanger. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location in the heart old town. Beautiful good maintained old historic building with bricks wall. Room very charming and comfortable. I was lucky got studio with balcony. Bed very comfy, wifi strong. Antonio and all staff very friendly and helpful.Cafe/patisserie belong to this building was a real gem. Highly recommended.

it is amazing how such a historical building in the middle of the old town can be such an oasis of peace and relaxation. The room was spacious, even the shower was large which is typically not the case in comparable circumstances. Staff is great and helpful, breakfast is awesome
