It was wonderfully refurbished with a great taste and effort but it has an interesting story as well, being the place where Mr. Pincoff had his office and his vault. Good location (next to tram station, about 30 minutes' walk to the center), clean, friendly staff, great Internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen, even though the cupboards were empty (you can ask for anything you need, so no complaints there). The room I stayed in was large and comfortable. Overall it was pretty quiet.

They were out of the type of rooms that we booked previously so we were upgraded to a better room. It was spacious, had a kitchenette and a big bathroom with a spa bathtub. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the staff is nice. There is a little gym and a spa for a free usage for all the guests of the hotel. Also very clean, easy to use, and it has beautiful view on the river. Overall we enjoyed it a lot, definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The executive room we had was very nice and spacious and in a quiet area! We had a nice dinner in the club room, then went for drinks in the captain´s lounge before going to enjoy our room a bit. The next morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and then went for a tour to learn more about the ship and the history - would definitely recommend! The staff was very friendly and super helpful!

Best thing about this hotel is location, the building, design, and last but not the least are people. Never had so much good interactions with all people working in a hotel. At first, we booked just a room, and after recommendations from a friend we also reserved a table for dinner, and finally a table for breakfast. We also wanted to get a haircut for my son in barber shop, but we didn't have a reservations so we'll leave that for the next time :-)

Major upgrade since my last stay here in 2021. Truly wonderful job done at renovating the entire hotel, right from the lobby to the rooms. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Conveniently located 1 minute walk from Maashaven metro station. The restaurant and bar in the hotel provides excellent service.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient and central location on Nieuwe Binnenweg street which is very central, trendy street with nice bakeries, restaurants around. The rooms are so clean and furnished modernly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. In the area you check in, you can sit and enjoy free coffee and tea, you can also chill on the couch, work on the table. Hotel Manager Denni is a very helpful and friendly person.
