I couldn't recommend City Garden Grand Hotel enough! We had 2 different bookings due to cancelled flights etc, they made sure we were able to stay in the same room our whole stay even through we had booked different room types. The staff were amazing! One in our group got food poisoning, they were so helpful throughout the night, then helped us get to the hospital in the hotel van, picked us after and gave us their numbers to stay in contact with. They even made sure our room was the first housekeeping got to so we could return from the hospital to a freshly made up room. A special thanks to Rex, Lester and everyone else who helped out (sorry cant remember all the names).

The bed was clean and very comfortable, AC worked well, there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. The staff was very accommodating.
