The hotel itself is very charming, cozy and was very clean. Breakfast was incredible-fresh and a wide variety well beyond what I have had in other 5 star resorts. The staff were also incredible. Very kind, professional, just overall quite excellent.

There is a fantastic relaxation room where one can play games or sit and read. It is also within a comfortable walking distance, even for children, from the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Ample parking is for free. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel.
