Wonderful hotel, excellent location and tranquility. Welcoming staff with smiles on their faces, they apologized that the room was not ready yet, even though it was 11.40, and check in was at 14 o'clock. I only have words of praise ❤️ Score 100

We received a room upgrade which was very nice, we enjoyed a big family room with a king size bed and a sofa. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice with us and our two little children (4 and 1 years old). The natural surroundings are beautiful.

This is an amazing place just so relaxing with stunning views to the mountains. The staff are incredible, very friendly and helped us a lot with arranging trips, massage etc. The property is really well located for all the attractions of this very pretty town, close to the castles, monastery and centre. Ideal for those in need of relaxation and to unwind. I very highly recommend!

This find was a gem and looking forward to bring all my friends here. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the place is an absolute perfect combination between a charming mountain hut and a luxury hotel. The host was very helpful, and approachable. Looking forward to come back.

Busteni in itself is quite poor in terms of restaurants or things to do in the evening, but luckily the balcony is so beautiful that you can just enjoy a glass of wine there. Apartment is located in quiet area, although all tourist locations, shops, attractions are close by. There's designated free parking space, key collection was effortless and well explained by the host. Apartment itself is spacious, well equipped. All rooms are comfy and bathroom are is clean. We had no complains and 4 night stay was excellent.
