10 out of 10 - You can be absolutely assured we would recommend Hotel Pigalle to anyone who asked (or who doesn't ask)! :) Such a wonderful place with true, authentic, unique style, attitude and atmosphere. We loved the decor, artwork, and photography around the building. We loved the frescoes, the bar, the restaurant and the breakfast room. The staff were friendly and fantastic and we appreciated and loved the staff attire. Very stylish and added to the whole atmosphere. The window view outside our room was exciting; full of people, trams, lovehearts and movement. It helped us plan our day. We loved the elevator for it's rustic French appearance, the French theme throughout, the attention to detail in the rooms. The top hat, the feathers, the binoculars and the books were fantastic talking points for fantasy and fun. We loved the bathroom with its gold brass fittings, seaweed green tiling, and white bath and basins. There was a plumbing problem in the hotel during our stay resulting in no hot water - but we loved the place anyway! Sh&t happens, and a cold shower was nothing compared to the love and pride in place that was clear as a sunny day at Pigalle! It only added to the adrenalin and excitement - which says everything! 10 out of 10 for your fantastic, fantasy hotel!!! Thanks so much - we'll be back!!!

Loved the rooftop SPA, but it closes too early and works 2-9 only. Many hotels open SPA from 7-8 am till 10 pm. The staff was very friendly and managed to resolve all the pain points quickly. Well done and the food choice and variety were pretty good too! Thank you!

I received help the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. I walk with a cane and find it difficult to carry items from the buffet to my table but each morning a waitress carried the tray to my table and brought coffee to me over at my table. The staff ar the front desk called to wake me each morning and helped me with my luggage. Hotel Flora felt like a home.

Good location from the ferry, parking nearby. Comfortable beds. Excellent bar on the 12th floor with 3 very busy bartenders. Delicious oysters. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Room was small but has 2 large comfortable chairs and plenty of electrical outlets and light.

During a rainy day, we used the time to work on our laptops in the shared area, which was quiet and comfortable, while enjoying some good food from the hotel restaurant. The wifi also worked very well. We booked our stay with breakfast which we can recommend. It has everything you can ask for. However, you should arrive early since it gets packed with people around 9 am.
