Everything was great!!!! Very nice staff and very attentive to our needs since we booked. Location very near to Kamala Beach, we walked there some times, but also used the hotel shuttle when available (2 or 3 times a day). The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a great pool area with view to the sea. Thank you so much!!! We had a great anniversary :).

It was my first visit ever to Thailand. the staff was so friendly, welcoming and well experienced. they make you feel at home. we had an issue related to AC so they immediately gave us another room for the night until the issue is solved. The location is great. away from all the noise and nightlife. Thank you Zenmaya - will definitely come back !!

Great hotel, near restaurant, family mart and for those who want to do muy tai, Sutai is 5 minutes away by foot. My room was big, with balcony, fridge, zircon, good wifi. Very quiet. Pool is very nice and you get pool and beach towels. The beach is also 5 minutes away by foot. I highly recommend it.

Would like to thank The Surin Team for having me. Marvellous beach, and I mean it. Great service, attention to details, like bringing me a birthday cake, excellent cleanliness, especially loved signature cookies before bedtime, every evening cookies were different that made me wait for them even more. I don’t know who are you cookie maestro, you’re great. Complimentary water in the hotel was also very helpful. Breakfast was yummy and had plenty of options. Accommodation was very comfortable - the bed, and the selection of pillows. On the first night when I arrived I could hear the neighbours, because I was put in a cottage adjacent to another, made a call and was moved in no time to another individual cottage, and my stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Few things to mention: STAIRS are real. If you’re in the hillside cottage be ready to walk a lot. I thought it’s no big deal, as I do lots of sports, trust me it was. Especially if you realise you forgot something in your room and you have to go back. DESIGN is timeless classic. It’s extremely well maintained, however if you’re into modern style like me, the design might feel a bit old.

This was our second stay at Saii Laguna, and we ended up extending our stay. The location is great, right on the beach. The three pools offer something for everyone including kids. The kidsclub is great and offers rental of strollers. We had opted for a Club room, which includes Club access. The staff there are amazing: Toon, Mickey and Tangmo were the reason why we came back and extended our stay. They were wonderful and accommodating and made every effort to make the stay enjoyable for our toddler.
