This was our second stay at Saii Laguna, and we ended up extending our stay. The location is great, right on the beach. The three pools offer something for everyone including kids. The kidsclub is great and offers rental of strollers. We had opted for a Club room, which includes Club access. The staff there are amazing: Toon, Mickey and Tangmo were the reason why we came back and extended our stay. They were wonderful and accommodating and made every effort to make the stay enjoyable for our toddler.

we liked everything! clean, close to the sea, market 24/7, fruit market, everything was so close and good. very clean rooms, big balcony, good bar with good price and veeery polite staff that reacted to all requests asap :) even organising transfer at night for the morning wasn’t a problem. restaurant is also amazing , we liked our lunches there. swimming pool is medium size but very clean with fresh cooling water.

Good location, not far from Kamala Beach (with free shuttles several times per day). Travelling from/to Phuket Airport can be done in around 30 minutes by car. Staffs are friendly and polite, particularly in The Isole Restaurant and the Balance Spa. The room is spacious, with gorgeous sea view. The view from the shower is also nice. The spa bath in the balcony is big and relaxing. The bluetooth speaker is a small but nice thing to have in the room. Good breakfast with many varieties. The Isole Restaurant offers good food with good view and attentive staffs. The Poolside Bar & Restaurant also has delicious (especially the Thai) food options. The Balance Spa is very nice, professional and friendly staffs.
