The hospitality offered from staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and a wide variety. All staff were very helpfull and was able to advise us of places to visit, even assisted us with reservation for travel. When we left we were also accompanied to the airport by one of the staff members I think his name is Murat.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, big and clean rooms.Super location in Ankara! They helped us for everything, we were so tried after long hours of flight, they helped us for early check-in, carried luggages. Very positive and kind, smiled all the time when they were answering our questions.
