Exceptional service at all levels. Probably, the best breakfast we have ever had, and it is not only about the food but also about an atmosphere. Really good cafe near the swimming pool for lunch option- we liked it more that the famous hotel restaurants. Staff support with excursions, readiness to help with every request. Many useful things in the room, including the beach bag and shoes. Very pleasant beach and entrance to the see.

Tastefully designed and tactfully operated, Mango Bay offers a pleasant retreat for those who are seeking to wind down for a while. From hearty complimentary breakfasts by the sea to free activities like yoga, biking, kayak, from serene walks of greenery to unique semi-outdoor bathrooms, the experiences at Mango Bay are simply delightful. And what creates such a great vibe here is not just the ambience, but also the service: the staff are very nice and attentive; they even surprised me with a lava cake on my birthday there. Plus, the food at both restaurants in the resort is just chef's kiss.

A well managed, well kept, beautifully serene facility which we were sad to leave. I wouldnt look elsewhere while in Phu Quoc, Cassia Cottage was wonderful in every aspect. We spent most mornings by the pool, then afternoons by the beach or lounging at their Malabar admiring the sunset. The breakfast was superb, food in general there was amazing. We ate at the Spice Restaurant twice and tried several dishes, all as tasty and well presented as eachother. If we ever come to Phu Quoc again we will no doubt choose Cassia Cottage again. This is such a great place to relax. Everything works well and staff are super kind. I read some reviews that made me unsure but after staying here I can only say that those people must be speaking of another place. It’s not a 5 star resort nor does it want to be. There are resorts like that in the island. If you’re looking for that, book that. Here is harmony with yourself and nature. Going to sleep with the sound of the sea waves it’s so refreshing. You wake up energised. Food is really excellent and there wasn’t one meal I didn’t enjoy. Would love to come back and stay again.
