The staff are very helpful, all instructions are authenticated. There is an elevator and we are on the 5th floor. The room has the main tone of Blue Yellow, and has a mixed modern classic. It is possible to rent a motorbike, and there are tours worth going. unfortunately we have urgent leave but it is worth recommending this place

Our lodge overlooked the river which was incredible, such a spacious room and designed beautifully, especially the washroom. But what made our stay even better was Thai at the front desk. My husband celebrated his bday at the lodge and Thai helped with balloons, cake, organising and everything. So kind and professional. The breakfast was fantastic and the swimming pool is also simply fabulous. You can really feel how it must have been in colonial times thanks to all the amazing design elements. It's a vibe! Moreover, we came early with the night train from Hanoi and we were allowed to check in at 10:30 already, which we really appreciated.
