We offer over 10,000 sq. ft. of event space, three outdoor pools, and a private beach. A huge room with a fantastic view, robe, slippers, welcome fruit bowl, and Macrons. The evening buffet and breakfast were exceptional and not overly busy. Food from all over the world, nicely presented and replenished frequently. Very relaxed atmosphere and no rush to move you out. Lovely waiting staff, although the grill chef was a little grumpy. Pool areas were good, although very busy. Beach was small but quieter, and a nice touch giving free water and a cooler box. The reception area very impressive and was checked in by a very lovely Lucy, who I must say has an amazing memory. Girls handing out coffee and treats also very nice.

The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. Everything was great. Staff and the Manager was very accomodating. And it had its own FREE PARKING Facilities!

Located in the centre of Al Ain, Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain is in direct conjunction with Hili Mall. The three-story mall features about 120 retail outlets.The property also offers an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a tennis court. Reception and Valet Parking staff were so great.

The suite includes a living room and a balcony with a city view. The staff were all very attentive, answered all of our questions, borrowed power adaptors as we forgot to bring our own. In addition exceptional breakfast was served including omlet station, barista made coffe and a wide variety of options from noodles, eggs, to panckakes and waffles.

To start with the check in I would like to thank ms hritika for her hospitality. She is very friendly and assisted us with every possible thing we needed. We had some issue with the room lately but the DM Hicham he just made it right. The entire team is very friendly and rooms are well maintained. Will visit again soon

A fine selection of restaurants includes an international all-day-dining venue, an Irish sports bar, an Indian restaurant and an authentic Thai restaurant that welcome guests with personalized services and friendly ambiance. Breakfast was amazing, even with gluten free options! Generally hotel is very nice, clean and friendly stuff.
