The design of the hotel was cool. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful n accommodating. Location is also super accessible n near to main attraction in the city.

Hotel is well designed, colors, materials and lighting is all in well balance. Staff is young and helpful, but may be need little bit more experience with hosting the Western quests. Bed, Bed sheet, towels, toiletries all 5 start quality. Very nice lobby area and entrance.

Really nice with stylish design hotel in the center of Xi’an. Very nice location, clean rooms and clining service, warm and cozy. Would like to thanks for staff service. Everybody on reception was so kind, so friendly, I still remember their attention and care. Thank you very much for our wonderful time in Xi’an 🙏

Good location, clean, professional, easy check kn. Room size was very good. Nice and spacious and super clean.Bathroom was excellent and the tiled floor raised in shower was a very smart design.

Very artistic with lots of artworks placed around the Hotel. Fashionably designed. Good coffee. Set meals for breakfast with a small selection between sandwiches and soup dishes- the meals will definitely fill you up. Fresh fruit and joghurt are served with the breakfast. Very well furnished.
