The property and its surroundings are amazing. It was truly a great experience for - standalone bungalows give you so much privacy. The nature around it can be observed from the balcony - this was so enjoyable during our morning coffee time. The hotel staff was also so helpful and got us through one transport emergency.

We booked a room at Manoa last minute and were accomodated so well. Upon arrival, all staff were so kind. Our room was very spacious and clean, and had all the ammendities we needed. We had a perfect view of the volcano. We spent time at the 3 natual hotspring pools that they have on site, and of course got a couple drinks at the swim up bar during happy hour. We enjoyed the free breakfast each morning at their beautiful resturaunt which overlooks the jungle — tons of breakfast options!! We also enjoyed a dinner at their resturaunt one night, which was good as well. Manoa is conveniently located right in the middle of everything. We hiked Arenal 1968 one day, which was uncrowded and gave us beautifuls views of the volcano and lake. We also payed for a day pass to Baldi hotsprings, which has 24 natuaral hotspring pools and is just down the street from Manoa. Highly recommend a stay at Manoa!

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large shower. Each room stands alone and has a small table outside with a view of the volcano (can't miss it!). The best thing is the bar/spa/hots springs area... Wow! Awesome pools with hot spring water and mini waterfalls. There's loads of wildlife milling around (hundreds of birds and lizards including giant iguanas and we even saw armadillos).
