All staff were warm and welcoming "a family". We made use of the beauty salon, staff were considerate to our needs, relaxed ambiance, creating a fully pleasurable experience.

Some tips; it is possible to park in the narrow streets around the hotel. It is also possible to park at the marina, but this parking can be busy. It is comfortable use the free "Ascensor La Luz" elevator to cross the considerable height difference between the sea level and the San Telmo neighbourhood, but it has limited operating hours, especially in weekends.

Safes are available to rent. Had an excellent stay. All staff members were very friendly and the property and rooms was excellent. Large pool. Would definitely recommend and return. Great location next to a bus stop, easy access by bus to airport.

Las Américas Golf Course is 2 km away. The staff was kind and the accommodation was excellent. Moreover, the amenities: sauna and jacuzzi were readily available. The location is excellent.
