Posada La Torre de La Quintana is housed in a listed historical building that breathes an air of nobility and aristocracy, surrounded by the beautiful lush Cantabrian countryside. It also offers apartments located 800 metres from the main building. The grounds and the room were both beautiful. It is in a quiet area with a great shower and great Wi-Fi. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The golden beaches of the Cantabrian coastline are just over 3 km away while the fine city of Santander is 20 km away and worth a daytrip. Alternatively, explore the beautiful scenery with a long country walk. Make a visit to the enchanting Altamira caves, under a kilometre from the Solana. Beatriz was a wonderful hostess. She was very welcoming and very helpful. We can certainly recommend a stay at Posada La Solana.

The castle lies just 50 metres from the lighthouse of Suances – a tranquil seaside resort on the coast of the Cantabria region. Here you will also find clean, sandy beaches and pleasant green countryside. The castle was originally built in the 19th century by the Baron of Peramola. It now contains 9 rooms designed in a unique, eclectic style, all with fantastic sea views. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here. So, everything I say about Hotel Castillio El Loco and surrounding area may be rose tinted just a little... It is fair to say we had one of the best weeks of our lives here with a sea view from our room that was simply breath taking! The staff were amazing friendly and efficient. The rooms were spotless and well attended. The terrace bar and restaurant are very popular with the locals which in itself is a great recommendation. Its a quirky fun relaxed place. Great for couples in our opinion.. You will over look a wonderful bay and beach on one side and Suances beaches and marina on the other. You are not far from Santander and there are lots of beautiful places to visit but, why bother...

Including wooden parquet floors and modern design, each room comes with a flat-screen TV. Featuring a bath or shower, private bathrooms also come with towels and linen. It was fun! Beautiful place, and the hotel was very helpful in their communications with us especially since we needed to park, and there was a village festival happening. To get here, we drove down a mountain, the views were phenomenal and I was so happy to have experienced it! It's a quiet little village that felt very homely. We booked this place on a whim, and I'm so glad to have done that because we wouldn't have stopped over otherwise. Front desk was helpful too. Beautiful views from our room

Guests can enjoy the shared garden, terrace and TV lounge. This was the BEST place we stayed while on the Camino! Absolutely stunning accommodations and the owner/host is super nice. Everything was clean, spacious, and provided a great atmosphere.

Posada La Mies is located in Noja, just 350 metres from the beautiful Tregandín Beach. It offers charming, individually decorated rooms with a TV and a private bathroom.

This country house offers a homemade, country-style breakfast in the dining room. It also has a TV lounge. There are plenty of restaurants in the streets around the Posada. The overall aesthetic was excellent, very clean and nice looking. The owners were very friendly and considerate letting us check in much earlier than we had originally thought to.

The individually decorated rooms at Bosque de La Anjana have design inspired by fairies, and brightly painted walls with art work. There is free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. This place is truly a gem. I wanted to visit Garabandal, so I was looking for a nice place to stay. We loved everything about this hotel. When we arrived, Ana (owner) told us that we were the only guest there, so she gave us a tour of each room and let us pick the one we wanted to stay. Each room was lovely and beautifully decorated- I wish we could have stayed there longer!
