The staff were so friendly and sweet. Especially the woman who checked us in, the women from the restaurant and the chef of the restaurant. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. We were very pleased they lent us free towels for the swimming pool. We ate 6 days at the restaurant, and they changed food everyday, and we loved it. There was hardly anything not to like.

Towels are changed twice and linen is changed once a week. The location is great and right at the center of the town with almost everything you need at a walking distance. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. They were kind to allow us for a very early check-in. They also have a very nice area for helping with late checkouts with lockers and hangout area with Coffee, water and toilets - This is very thoughtful of them to help travellers who have waiting time to kill.

Everything- the facilities were very good, just like the photos. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was nice, as was the staff: super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also incredible and there were a range of options. The location was ideal for us, so close to the beach and amenities and airport, couldn’t recommend enough! Situated on Los Pocillos Beach, the Canarian-style Los Jameos Playa offers outdoor pools surrounded by palm trees and 4 tennis courts. It features a small Finnish spa with a gym, bio-sauna and Turkish Bath. Breakfast is exceptional - huge, varied, very tasty, and available from 7am, which was great for work. The gardens and facilities are really beautifully designed and landscaped. The pool areas are very nice and relaxed, even when there are activities going on. It's location in the center of the strip at Los Pocillos is very convenient. And the WiFi is good almost everywhere.
